A. E. Robert Friedman PDCA Scholarship

For 29 years PDCA has been able to award scholarships to deserving students because of the A. E. Robert Friedman-PDCA Scholarship Fund. The A.E. Robert Friedman-PDCA Scholarship Fund was formed in 1978 to honor Bob Friedman on the occasion of his fortieth anniversary as legal counsel for the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. He served in that capacity until 1981.
