The contest rules are simple: Contest is open to all PDCA Members. All entries must be received by Friday, November 12th, 2004. Entries can be submitted using the online submittal form and uploading digital photos or by mail, using the printable entry form and mailing the form along with your photos.

Send actual copies or photographs of marketing materials, URL of website, employee forms, business forms, business cards etc. that incorporate the use of the PDCA logo. Digital photos can be submitted. All photographs must be clear and of high quality.

Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
1. The Amount of Use – How many different ways your company is displaying the PDCA logo in an ongoing manner. 2. Prominence of Use – The placement of the logo: Is it easily seen where used or displayed. 3. Design Incorporation and Placement-Great ideas count!
