(March 7, 2012 – St. Louis, MO) – The Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) Board of Directors recently elected new board members during the 2012 Painting and Decorating Expo, PDCA’s premier annual event, in Las Vegas. The Board also elected David Ayala, of United Pro Painting, as 2012 board chair. He succeeds Darylene Dennon of Solid Energy, Inc. As board chair, Ayala is the chief elected officer of the PDCA.

PAINTING AND DECORATING CONTRACTORS OF AMERICA ANNOUNCE 2012 NATIONAL AWARD RECIPIENTS
(ST. LOUIS – March 2012) The Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) recently announced its national award winners during the 2012 Painting & Decorating Expo, PDCA’s premier annual event, February 19-22 in Las Vegas. The awards program honors the most distinguished projects, companies, members and individuals in the coating applications industry by individuals and contracting company members of PDCA.
PDCA presented 2012 awards in the following categories:
2012 PDCA Al Quilici Outstanding Member Award
This is the highest attainable award presented by PDCA to a member or honorary member that has demonstrated a lifetime of contributions to the trade and the PDCA. This most prestigious award acknowledges demonstrated accomplishments for the overall betterment of the contracting environment, in particular, the embodiment of integrity, devotion and steadfast contributions toward advancing PDCA as shown by Mr. Al Quilici.
