Is a company called service magic really affiliated with the PDCA? I was solicited by them and they actually started out by saying that "the PDCA is pleased to announce it's partnership with service magic". What are your thoughts on them?

OOps! I must apologize! I just read that Service Magic is in fact an associate member and is in fact "endorsed" by the PDCA. Sorry.
