We're into another hiring period here.
We use the PDCA Pre-Employment Exam and we're working on an updated version that is similar in goal - trying to determine an applicants trade skills knowledge.

Does anyone use any type of test for painter applicants (besides PDCA exam) - either written or using the tools?
If with the tools, what do you do?
