I need some help with the format of commercial estimates and I would appreciate anyone who would be willing to share their proposals of moderate to larger size projects. I have the PDCA books, which are excellent, but I think seeing actual estimates would help me better understand. I'm interested in the actual format of how it should look to present it, what areas it should include (besides the actual painting), etc. If anyone knows where I can obtain this info, or would be willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Greetings Joe

The PDCA Commercial Forum has what you are looking for and a lot more. Visit the PDCA Commercial Forum website.
The Member Assets area has many forms and systems.

Additionally, the Forum's annual conference is next month - September 10th,11th & 12th in Savannah, Georgia. Commercial contractors of many sizes will be there.
The member resources and networking are literally the best you can find for Commercial Contractors.

Here's to your success,

Brandt
