Details, Information and Restrictions:

• Promotion expires 12/31/2010.
• The joining company must become a member at the full rate.
• The joining company must pay their dues in full at the time of joining. Members will not receive the gift card if their referral chooses to take advantage of the PDCA Auto Payment program.
• Visa Gift Cards provided in this promotion are good at various locations worldwide.
• Visa Gift Cards will deduct a service charge from the value of the card after a specific period of time if the full value of the card is not used.
• New member joins qualify if completed on or after November 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010.
